RETURN/REFUND POLICY

We at Seattle Store, understand and value of customer satisfaction. We strive to offer 100% satisfaction and are committed to provide only genuine products( No Knockoff ) to ensure that you are delighted with the items you receive. Therefore, in an unfortunate event when a customer is not happy with what they ordered and received, we follow a simple 14-Days Return Policy.If a customer is unhappy with the quality of the product can simply initiate a return request by calling on our Toll free number or email us.Once a refund request is initiated from our customer’s account, Seattle Store Care ensures to process the refund in 3 business working days.

Refunds include the entire sum of amount (Exclude Shipping charge) paid by the customer at the time of purchase. To ease out the replacement process, we ensure that new product is delivered once we received the old one.

In other cases replacement is shipped soon after the item is received. Customers can ship the product through any courier service with the tracking number only. Customers must note that replacement is subject to the availability of stock with our store. In case of unavailability of stocks, store will initiate the refund.

Eligible for the Return/Refund policy

  • You receive a faulty/defective/physically damaged product (Dead on Arrival) and report the issue to Seattle Store within 48 hours by email only.
  • You receive a product with different specification from what you read on the website and report the issue to Seattle Store within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • You receive a product that is not what you ordered so please report the issue to Seattle Store within 48 hours from the date of delivery.

Not eligible for the Return/Refund policy

You purchase the product as a combo set and not happy with An individual item.

Electronic items with open seal cannot be returned despite of being in good condition.

After a fruitful enrollment (with your name or organization name)of the Licensed software, you could not demand for the discount/return or dispute. Because, after an effective enlistment with your name, you are the proprietor of a similar programming and which couldn't be used by anybody on the planet.

Terms and Conditions

Products returned must be in original condition including all price tags, labels, original packing and with their original tags.

Products with tampered brand packaging will not be accepted.
